About Me
Enthusiastic about helping others reach their learning goals, I am currently working as a teaching assistant in the Cardiff area, having worked in SEND provision since September 2023. I have experience providing 1-2-1 teaching support in primary school settings and class support at both primary and secondary school levels.
I graduated from the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland in 2020 but completed A Levels in Latin, Maths and Physics at ABB and have obtained 10 GCSEs, all at A*. . I am confident teaching English up to secondary level, sciences to GCSE/Nat 5 and Mathematics and Latin to A Level/Advanced Higher, as well as Music Theory up to Grade 6.
My Experience
Currently tutoring Maths, for primary and Y11 pupils. Have tutored children between the ages of 6 and 12 since the start of the pandemic, in Maths, English, Latin and Music Theory.
Developed and ran a number of Latin courses for an education charity in the North West of England, that specialised in extension provision for gifted and talented learners.
SEN teaching experience covers both the academic and peripatetic music streams of my employment portfolio.
Have previously taught secondary music, to pupils in Y7 (S1) and Y8 (S2), as a cover teacher

ABRSM Diploma in Vocal Pedagogy
A Level - Physics at Grade A, Latin and Mathematics at Grade B
GCSEs at A* Level in : Mathematics, English Literature, English Language, Phyiscs, Biology, Chemistry, Latin, German, History and Religious Studies.

Fees below are my standard fees but in case of financial hardship, I am more than willing to discuss ways to reduce the costs involved, in order to provide the support a child or teenager might need but might otherwise be unable to access.
