About Me
I am a full time teaching assistant at a local primary school but I am available out of term time, particularly looking for work during the 6 weeks. I could possibly be available before /after school-message me for flexibility. I’m a friendly and mature person with lots of patience and enthusiasm for little ones and children. I’m reliable and always happy to help! I live in the HD9 area but I am happy to drive outside of this area.
My Experience
I have worked in multiple childcare and educational settings for the past 6 years. I have a level 3 teaching assistant qualification which I have used in mainstream schools as well as SEN special schools. I have worked with all ages from reception age to year 6. I have also got a level 2 in childcare and have worked as a nursery practitioner, carrying out all personal care tasks and being a key worker for many children. I have also done mothers help and school pick up. I am firm but fair and very patient with children and would listen to your requirements & needs of your child to ensure I provide them with the best possible care. I also have a Level 2 BTEC certificate in Home Cooking skills and an up to date DBS. I am reliable and mature I'm positive and very creative and love encouraging the use of imagination and self-expression in children.
