A little about myself. I am a positive and energetic person with a passion for working with children and animals.
I am from California originally. You’ll tell from my accent that I grew up there.
I lived in New Zealand for 4 years before moving to the UK in 2019.
I met my husband (who is from Shropshire) in New Zealand and we moved to Shrewsbury to be closer to friends and family.
We just had a baby boy in January 2023!
Since moving to the UK I have worked as a nanny/babysitter for many local families. Happy to provide references upon request.
My long term goal is to teach in Early Years. I’m currently moving towards this goal by working as a TA in a local nursery, whilst studying for a Level 3 qualification in Early Years.

My Fees
- Babysitting from £12.00 per hour
- Nannying from £12.00 per hour (gross)
9:00-19:30 Family Time = £15/hr
19:30-23:00 = £12/hr
23:00-Late = £15/hr
Since returning to work in the nursery (and resuming my early years studies) at the start of the year from maternity leave, I’ve settled into my new routine. I’ve realised that I need to make a few adjustments to keep everything in line with my priorities. Mainly, spending time with my family and finding time to sleep haha.
The £15/hr times represent the hours that I would otherwise be with my baby boy or sleeping, and therefore are more valuable to me. I would really love to continue offering occasional babysitting, and I’ve decided that this adjustment is necessary for me to do so.
2 hour minimum
48 hour cancellation policy (£25 charge if you cancel within the 48 hours. 2 free hours of babysitting for you if I cancel within the 48 hours)

I hired Jenna for a day as babysitter when we attended a wedding. Jenna was kind and gentle with my baby, and my baby was happy. Jenna even captured my daughter's first proper giggle in a video! I'd definitely recommend Jenna's service.

Jenna looked after my 13 month old whilst I was at a wedding on site & I was able to pop back in as needed. Jenna was friendly, easy to deal with, professional & helpful. Ralph was very happy with Jenna. I would not hesitate to recommend Jenna to anyone

Jenna looked after my 8 week old newborn during my sisters wedding. She was lovely to deal with, great at communicating and arrived early! I was next door in the marque so able to check in on baby and always felt my baby boy was in good hands. Would highly recommend Jenna and use again in future!

Jenna has looked after our two boys on a few occasions now and we highly recommend her. She is very friendly and great with they kids (age 8 and 13). She is reliable and her communication is excellent. We highly recommend her.
