About Me
I am an Ofsted Registered Childminder, with an Outstanding grade. I have years of childcare’s experience and am NVQ level 3 qualified. At Helen's Braintree Childcare I can offer a safe and friendly setting in which children can come and have fun. Due to our location, I offer a drop off service for St Michael’s school, which is just a few doors down from us! We have a large separate dedicated playroom, this is full of various toys, crafts, games and Lego. There is also a TV with Sky and Netflix if your child wants to chill. Our garden is large, enclosed and private and the children will have access to this great space.
I can give the benefit of a home from home environment where the children will have individual attention that may be harder to get in a busy nursery setting.
I have worked within a preschool where the children were age 2-4 years or in day nurseries where children were age 6 months to 4 years, I worked across all of the rooms.
I have own car and full clean licence and I am a non smoker.
I am fully First Aid Trained (12 hour paediatric course). I hold level 2 Safeguarding which I completed with Essex County Council, I am enhanced DBS checked on the update service, I hold level 2 Food and Hygiene certificate and hold Public Liability insurance.

My Availability
I am running wrap around care for St Michael’s School Braintree in a home from home environment from 7am until school starts and school pick up until 5.30pm. I am happy to discuss any needs.
I am also available for Babysitting.
