My Summary

My Experience

In January of 2019 I began looking after a 5 year old boy after school Monday-Thursday, from a job I actually got offered on Childcare. This was meant to last till May, but obviously when COVID hit, the situation abruptly changed. However when restrictions lifted I looked after the same 5 year old boy, as well as his younger 3 year old sister from May to August throughout the Summer holidays which I absolutely adored. I also during my first year at University, regularly had zoom calls with then turned 6 year old boy while I was in Edinburgh, and either helped him with homework or did fun tasks to occupy him when schools over Autumn were closed again due to COVID. I also assisted for two weeks over Summer 2022 when their new nanny was away on holiday, but I was back from studying at University.

After a recommendation from my first family, I was hired over Summer 2022 to look after 2 girls from another family (5 years old and 7 years old). I occupied them, as well as prepared a variety of daily meals and snacks.

My Qualifications

I have 11 GCSE’s ( 6 A**s, 4 A*s and 1 A, equivalent with the new 9-1 graded GCSE’s) and achieved 3 A Levels (A*AA). I am now also studying for my Geography Degree at the University of Edinburgh.

My Availability

I have most days of the Winter holidays off so most days work well for me!
