About Me
Hi, I am a Psychology and Childhood studies graduate. I enjoy working with children, playing with them and aiding their learning and development. I am also a mother to a wonderful, bubbly 15 month old boy and I’m looking to find a family that will be accepting of me bringing my son to work with me.
My Experience
I have quite a lot of experience working with children both in a professional setting and personal. My experience varies between supporting children both mainstream and SEN. I was previously a nanny supporting two young children with Autism. Prior to this, I worked as a SEN teaching assistant at the Old Park School. Further experience includes carrying out volunteer work for the charity Barnardo’s, assisting and supervising children during a holiday scheme. Additionally I have completed placement at both an SEN school and a nursery. Personal experience includes babysitting younger family members and friends. I also have a 1 year old child that I would like to bring along with me to work. Looking for a family that will be accepting of this.
My Qualifications
10 GCSE's including Mathematics, \English Language, Science and Health and Social Care.
2 A-Levels.
BTEC Subsidiary Diploma in Health and Social care at Distinction Level.
Bachelors Degree in Psychology and Childhood Studies - 2:2
Paediatric First Aid Certificate (To be obtained on 07/08/21).
Teaching Assistant Level 3
Due to become Ofsted Registered.
