I am a hard working, friendly, reliable, and a independant person with a kind and caring manner. I take great preasure in working and caring for children to make them feel happy, secure and take care of their individual needs. I love to watch children grow and develop in their own little ways.
I enjoy music and travel and hold a full clean UK driving licence, i also have my own vehicle.
I work as a nursery practitioner working in a childcare setting at present and have over 15+ years of experience working with children aged 3 months - 5 years but also have some experience working up to ages of 10 years. I hold an early years level 3 qualification in childcare and education and have attended other relevant training such as first aid, food hygiene, safeguarding Senco and makaton.
I am looking for a change to widen and to bring more experiences and knowledge into nannying with the opportunity to stay looking after children, now this feels the right time to follow my aspirations. I would like to grow and develop further within different experiences in childcare
My Experience
My previous experiences includes working in private day nurseries and some time in after school/ holiday clubs since college, looking after children across a range of age groups. My most recent post is working as a senior and room leader practitioner with the toddler aged children, but I do enjoy working with all ages. In my previous nursery setting I did progress up to a supervisor role managing the preschool team.
I plan for and provide activities and play experiences based on the children's interests and needs. I enjoy fostering supportive relationships with children and watching them develop in an enriched environment.
I respect that each child and family are unique and so aim to work towards meeting individual needs.
My Qualifications
CACHE Level 2 Certificate in Childcare and Education.
CACHE Level 3 Diploma in Early Years Practice.
Up to date First Aid Certificate.

My Availability
I am looking for a full time position (35 hours +) per week between Monday to Friday but will also consider part time hours (at least 3 days per week). I am currently in full time employment and would need to give 4 weeks notice
