About Me
Hi my name is Becky Cutler, I'm 40 and I am a fully Ofsted registered child minder and an ex early years teacher, for 15 years. I have a BA hons degree in Early Childhood Studies and a PGCE in Early Years Teaching. My childcare name is: Butterflies Childcare.
I have two boys aged 8 and 11. We live with my husband Nathan in Winyates West, Redditch in a 4 bedroom house, with the conservatory converted as a play room. We live within 2 minutes of Arrow Valley Lake, which is such a wonderful outdoor space to visit.
I have a fully enhanced DBS and also my husband too. I have a passion for Early Years education and childcare, having plenty of experience of babies up to children aged 9. I love to see children developing and progressing in a safe and nurturing environment. The care that I provide is home from home and we have a spacious house, with secure garden to explore. Visits are very welcome and I have recently been inspected by Ofsted. I have been graded as 'Outstanding' on December 8th 2022.
My youngest son currently goes to Oak Hill First School, and I will be able to offer before school drop off and after school pick up's to Oak Hill. I have a Ford Grand C Max which has 7 seats and is very reliable. I have a Paediatric First Aid certificate level 3, food hygiene certificate level 2 and have completed up to date safeguarding training to ensure the children are as safe as possible in my care.

My Experience
I have been an Early Years teacher for 15 years and have lots of experience with children from 0 up to 9. I have 2 children of my own aged 7 and 9. Currently I care for a 3 year old (full time), and 2 two year olds during the week. I have lots of experience with potty training.
