About Me
I am a registered childminder in Cornwall where I live with my wife and two young children. We have a garden which we use a lot - for gardening, playing outdoor games, enjoying the sunshine or fresh air. I'm family orientated and we like to go to the beach, the forest and visit family. We also have an allotment and my children have a patch each that they help water, weed and observe changes.
My Experience
I've worked as a secondary mathematics and science teacher for over a decade in four countries, before I moved into Early Years to work as a nursery teacher for the next four years. I'm now bringing my knowledge and expertise to our home-based setting with the help of my wife to provide high quality teacher-led childcare.
My Qualifications
Postgraduate Diploma in Education, (Overall Grade 2.1) (PGDE)
B Sc. Degree in Honours Mathematics, (Overall Grade 2.2) (BSc.)
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
