About Me
Hi - I am a 25 year old woman who works at a local secondary school as a Head of year in Ipswich. When i'm not busy supporting students at work I am often spending time with my nieces and nephews; playing, enjoying days out and learning. I am an enthusiastic, hard working individual who will always strive for the best. I'm happy to help out with the smooth running of the household including cooking and cleaning if needed. I appreciate the need for working parents to seek comfort from knowing their children are in safe, caring hands. From toddlers to teens, my kind nature allows children of all ages warm to me well.
My Experience
I previously worked as a teaching assistant at a secondary school for the last 4 years predominantly supporting students with SEN needs but also those with social/emotional issues. Since December 2020 I moved to another local secondary school where I have undertaken a pastoral head of year role. I am passionate about ensuring children's needs are met and that they are able to reach their full potential. As somebody who comes from a large family, i have always been surrounded by children and have enjoyed babysitting from my early teens. During the first lockdown I provided childcare for a local family found on this site and formed a real close bond with them. References available upon request.
