I am a responsible and energetic individual with experience caring for children aged 7 months to 12 years.
My Experience
I have 5 years experience working with children in nannying, babysitting and nursery settings alongside breakfast and after school clubs.
I have experience working one on one with children with additional support needs from being in nurseries and from a befriending job. Through volunteering I have experience working in an outdoor setting engaging in activities involving natural resources. I have prepared snacks and meals, provided fun activities for children, undertaken daily housework duties like cooking and cleaning and helping with homework.
I have just finished studying a PGDE in primary education in Aberdeen- starting as a teacher in August- and I am free most evenings through the week and weekend.
My Qualifications
I have a Bachelors degree in Child and Youth Studies and a PGDE in primary education. I hold a pediatric first aid certificate, an introduction to sign language qualification, a safeguarding certificate and a food hygiene and safety certificate. I am also PVG and GTCS registered and aim to gain more CPD courses over the upcoming months.
My Availability
I am available most evenings including weekends and most days during the week until August.
