My Summary

My Experience

I have experience with children of all ages as I used to take care of my cousins and siblings when they were children and as I have worked as an au pair and as a French Teaching Assistant in the UK.

I came to the UK in January 2020 where I worked as an au pair for 5 months and half in Eton: I took care of three children of the age of 8, 11 and 13. They were one teenager girl and two young boys. I prepared healthy meals and snacks for them. I assisted them in their homework, I ensured they were in a safe environment when we did outdoor activities and I made sure they were happy with the playing activities we did. Since the children are half French, I used to speak French with them. Moreover, I assisted the two boys with online learning during the lockdown. Sometimes, I used to put to bed the youngest boy and read him stories. Occasionally I did some babysitting on the weekend.

Then I worked as an au pair in Cambridge for 2 months and half where I took care of 2 children of the age of 4 and 6. They were two active boys who liked to play football and play outside, therefore I ensured that they were safe when they were outside. I played a lot with them, but I also read stories to them and taught them some Italian and French words by using playing activities and games. Since they were curious about other countries, I shared with them stories of the countries I visited and I lived in. I also prepared healthy meals and snacks for them and for the family and because the children like to do new things, we made cookies, pizza, and cakes together. Occasionally I used to put the two boys to bed, read them stories and babysit them on weekends.

Before the beginning of the lockdown, I was working as a teaching assistant in a French school in Maidenhead. I am going to work there in September on Saturdays morning.

My Qualifications

BA in Foreign Languages applied to Economics
MA in Cross-Cultural Management and International Business
DBS checked (I can provide the details so that you can check it online)
Experience with children from the age of 3 onward

My Availability

I am flexible, open to full and part-time engagement. I am available on weekdays and occasionally on the weekend and evenings. I am happy to discuss further my availability with you.

My Fees

• Babysitting from £12.00 per hour
• Tutoring from £14.99 per hour

Babysitting £12.00 (net)
Nannying £ 11.00 (net)
Tutoring: £15.00 (net)

Fees are negotiable with the families.
Additional services: Foreign Languages Tutoring (between £15 and £20 depending on the age)
