I am a loving, caring and friendly person that can get along with anyone. I'm creative, and strive to create nurturing, fun loving environments for children so that they can grow, learn and develop. I have a wide range of experience with children of all ages, as I have worked in schools, nurseries and tutoring companies. I have a huge family and have been the designated baby sitter since I was 11, the love and fulfilment I got from this led me study Childcare Level 3 at college and getting a degree in Education and Early Years. My aim when taking care of children is to treat them as if they are my own family and build trustworthy relationships with their families to ensure the best care. I respect everyone's culture, background, thoughts and opinions; I am a firm believer that diversity and acceptance is the only way forward for everyone. When working with children I ensure that I implement and respect their culture and background in every way.
