About Me
My name is Charlotte and i live in the Brandlesholme area of Bury, lancs. I live with my husband and 19 year old son. I have a degree in Early Childhood and Education along with many other qualifications and received Outstanding in my last ofsted inspection in 2020.
I work alongside an assistant who is here full time. My setting offers a large Outdoor play area, a purpose built playroom and a messy play cabin that the children have access too. The children also have use of all the other downstairs rooms in the house. We have just extended the back garden so the children have plenty of space to play with a variety of activities - mud kitchen, construction area , bikes and cars etc.
In addition to the the resources available we attend local playgroups, and play centres which enable the children to enjoy their community and develop their socialskills.

My Experience
I have lots of first hand experience with children of all ages and abilities. I also have experience looking after children with special needs. I am a parent with two children of my own. I have been childminding for 19 years. Previous to childminding, i worked in local nurseries from leaving college.
I hold an NNEB Qualification as well as a level 3 qualification in Childminding Practice and have a BA honours degree in Early Childhood and Education and received a 2:1 in my studies. I hold a valid Paedriatric First Aid Certificate and Safeguarding and i regularly attend training and courses in the evening and at weekends to keep myself up to date.
I have also been a Support Childminder in the past which has helped new childminders find their feet for the first 12 months and keep them up to date with changing legislation.
I was inspected in February 2020 and was graded Outstanding.
We look after children in secondary school if that is required.

My Availability
Childcare is available Monday - Friday 8.00 am- 5.30pm. extended hours are available on request for an additional charge.
Holiday places are available only.
Term time only contracts available.
Holiday and term time cover is available for short term cover
Coronavirus childcare cover is available while own nurseries/ childcare are closed.

My Fees
- Childminding from £4.50 per hour
Fees will be discussed at initial visit.
All fees are inclusive of meals and snacks.
Nappies/ any bottles for babies should be provided by the parent.
