About Me
My name is Vicky (Vicky’s Childminding Service) and I am an Ofsted registered childminder living in Farnham Royal with my partner and Daughter Who is 12years old.
I provide a safe, caring, and secure environment for the children, and our days are filled fun, learning activities.
I follow the EYFS curriculum when planning activities, and imbed the importance of learning through play. I work closely on supporting children to continuously progress in their development.
I have a 3-bedroom house, with a good size enclosed back garden where children have space to move around and develop their physical and social skills. We regularly visit the local park, which is less than a five minute walk from my home, and we go on other local outings too.
I Recently had an Ofsted inspection where my setting was graded ‘Good’ in all areas :)
My Experience
I have worked with children in Early Years settings for more than 18 years. Previous to childminding I was the manager of a preschool, and before that I was the manager of a day nursery.
My Qualifications
I am Qualified Level 3 in Children’s Care, Learning & Development.

Vicky is a wonderful childminder and we would recommend her to everybody. When we first visited her setting we knew that her warm and welcoming home would be the right place for our daughter to start full time at 11 months. It's never easy leaving your baby with somebody else but we had complete trust in Vicky and the photos and videos we received throughout the day reassured me that our daughter was always happy and safe.
Vicky has a very professional home setting which is meticulously clean and organised, and every single day is carefully planned out with interesting themes and activities. The range of learning opportunities is vast, with beautiful and imaginative tuff tray activities with different props and materials, to games in the garden with the mud kitchen and balancing on tyres to develop multiple skills. Our daughter's development was always ahead in terms of her age and that is largely thanks to Vicky. From support with potty training and eating to learning manners and vital social skills, Vicky has educated and supported our daughter in so many ways we cannot thank her enough. She is very caring and develops lovely relationships with the children, and we feel very lucky to have found Vicky.
Alongside Vicky and her lovely family, our daughter has made lifelong friends with the other children in the setting and we continue to meet up today. The only reason we left Vicky's was due to moving away, and giving up our daughter's place at Vicky's was the hardest part of moving. As soon as Vicky knew we were moving she made every effort to prepare our daughter for the step up to pre-school which we are very grateful for. We miss her very much and cannot recommend her enough.

Vicky has provided amazing care for my little boy. He settled quickly with Vicky and clearly developed an amazing relationship with her. He would always smile as we arrived and knocked on the door. It is clear that Vicky cares for the young children she works with.
Vicky has provided my child with a wide range of opportunities and experiences to develop and it is clear from the pictures and videos she shares how much he enjoyed his time with her. She has a lovely home from home set up but uses this to provide the children with access to all areas of the EYFS curriculum in creative and exciting ways. The house is always clean, tidy and well presented.
She provided a wide range of meals which my little one clearly enjoyed tucking into.
