My Experience
Camp Leader overseas - Responsibility for the safety and well being of children, Leadership & Management, Empathy and Reliability.
Co Leader at Parent and toddler group - Supporting families, planning activities & crafts. Communication & active listening. Planning for children with different needs.
Parent- I have three children of my own, two in primary school and one in secondary school. I have gained so much knowledge and experience as a mum. This is by far my greatest role and I am so happy to now care for other children too and support their growth and develop.
Babysitting- I started babysitting when I was 14, it taught me how to care for children of all ages. I was trusted and reliable. Always punctual.
Childminder- After the birth of my first son over 12 years ago I was approached by several families who asked me to care for their children whilst they worked. I was responsible for their safety, happiness and development and I found so much joy in spending time with each of them. I relocated and stopped childminding to focus on study for several years.
Therefore I feel very blessed to be able to work with children again.
Civil Servant- Working with families and teenagers.

- BA Degree Theology - Pediatric first aid course
- Health & Social Care diploma - Safeguarding course
- Basic counselling certificate - Aleve's and GCSEs

My boy has been going to Claudia since August of this year. He likes going to her very much, because she is a very sweet person and loves all children and treats them as if they were her own. He cooks a very good meal. Since my little boy has been going to her, he has seen many changes. My boy is very happy when I tell him that he is going to her. I recommend it with all confidence.

My son has been with Claudia for about 5 months now and he is very happy. Claudia is caring and warm to the children. She has a lovely and spacious facility with a good range of toys for indoor and outdoor, a sperate space for the younger children and older children that allow the children to move around freely. I'm happy with the service and the care that my son is receiving in Claudia's care.

Claudia's biggest strength is how well she cares for the children. She was so kind and patient with my son who took longer than usual to settle - she's been looking after him for ~6 months now. Claudia goes above and beyond for the little ones and always keeps them entertained and well fed (she loves to cook!). She also tries her best to meet any requests from parents. Claudia has her own wonderful diverse family with young children which makes the setting perfect for my little boy who really enjoys the company. I trust her to look after my son and do what's best for him while I am busy at work. I've rated communication 4 as the admin can be a challenge but it doesn't impact our overall experience. In summary, I would highly recommend Claudia as a childminder, she's fantastic!

Claudia has been taking care of our son Dylan since September 2022, and the experience for both Dylan myself and my partner has been absolutely fantastic from day one. Dylan has developed excellent learning and behavioural skills since he started and Claudia has ensured that Dylan is cared for in every way, and she has created a wonderful environment for the children to flourish.
Claudia also offers a reliable service when it comes to availability, time keeping and payment. She is very flexible with our requests when it comes to dropping Dylan off, and is also prompt and reliable when she is dropping him off at the end of the day. Claudia is also reliable when it comes to the invoices for payment which is excellent as it helps to keep everything organised. The location is also perfect as it is easy to get to and from.
Overall Claudia is an excellent childminder and offers an excellent service. Dylan absolutely loves going there and Claudia and her lovely family have made him feel very welcome and he has struck up a real bond with them so couldn’t recommend her enough.

Friendly and bubbly at first but unfortunately Claudia is unreliable and irresponsible. She regularly cancels at the last minute, is always late collecting my daughter and does what’s convenient for her without keeping to my vunerable childs routine (feeding/naps) after many requests. My daughter attended for several months until i was just fed up of the poor service and lack of communication. When it came to my daughters last day, Claudia messaged the night before to say she couldn’t have her for no real reason and left me high and dry.

I’m very sad to read this review. It is untrue you left because you were
fed up, you didn’t agree with the contract which is fine and I understood.
I wish you had of voiced any concerns or complaints directly to me during
the time I was caring for your child, that way it would have been resolved.
In future I advise letting your childminder know for the sake of your
child?
I follow all requests from parents but unfortunately I can not always get
the children to sleep at the precise time.
If you were honestly disappointment with me and genuinely thought I was
irresponsible why would you have wanted to leave your child with me on the
final day?”
