About Me
My name is Katie and I have been a registered childminder for 7 years and worked as an assistant for 6 years before that. My partner is an electrition and we have a 1 year old son. I work alongside my mum who has been a childminder for 29 years. We like to get out and about as much as we can, we go to farms, parks, music classes, beach and my mum runs a toddler group on a Thursday. I do not charge extra for outings or trips. We do arts and crafts regularly and support all children in their beliefs and individual needs. We do a topic each term where we do crafts and visit places if we can to do with that topic.
Personal dietary requirements are adhered to and water, squash and milk are avaliable all day.
I work to the EYFS government scheme and will share details of your child's progress at my setting, we see other childminders so the children get to socially interact with their own age group but can mix with different ages at my house.
I am accredited to receive 2, 3 and 4 year funding, I dont charge for my holidays or bank Holidays.
We have alot of fun and enjoy getting out and about!

My setting is open from 8am till 5pm, I have up to 4 weeks holiday a year, at Christmas and then a week in the summer but will give plenty of notice.
