About Me
Hey, I'm Will a 22-year-old Nanny who has been working as a Nanny part-time for almost a year. I started training to be a teacher before pivoting to Nannying and am loving it; I am now looking for Live-in Nanny positions as the next step in the development of my career.
I love cooking and baking with children and think they are great skills for children to learn, getting children involved in the creation of their meals is a great way to teach them about healthy eating and nutrition.
I also enjoy taking children to museums along with going to parks and playgrounds, technology will play a key role in their lives but it is essential to get them outside every day.
I am starting to learn Norwegian which is an exciting and challenging journey and am trying to read more. I also love a wide variety of music and love playing music in the background when I'm doing puzzles or drawing with the children.
My Experience
I have been a Nanny for almost a year and before this went on placements as part of my teacher training, I am experienced in creating fun and educational games and activities that could suit any age.
I have a particular interest in phonics and in my current role have helped the older child progress well with his reading. I have worked with children of many age groups but mostly ages 3 - 11.
My Qualifications
I will be getting my Paediatric first aid qualification in the middle of March and am currently completing an Introduction to home-based childcare course which I hope to complete by the end of April.

I couldn't recommend Will enough. Being half way through his Primary School Teaching degree, he is so well qualified to work with children. He is very caring and patient and will listen to all my son's constant questions! He's always been flexible when we've needed to adapt our timings when coming home from a night out. Our children used to complain about us going out and leaving them with a babysitter. They now ask when they get to see Will again!
