Ela has been caring for my baby since November 2021 (when he was 10 months old) and after having a horrible horrible experience with the nanny just before her, I was an anxious wreck and couldn't trust anyone. Ela helped us build trust in her with her humility, love and kindness and she went above and beyond to be respectful of our asks. She is the most patient and engaged nanny (I've literally never seen her sat idle on the couch), always engaging, educating and playing with my (now) 14 month old. She does everything for him from cooking, feeding, putting him for naps, taking him for walks and baby related clean up and laundry. She's very organised and clean. Highly respectful, picks up the parent's cues quickly and incorporates that in her interactions with the baby and I couldn't be happier. And my baby LOVES her. :)

Unfortunately, we're leaving the country and have to let her go (I sincerely wish we could convince her to come with us!) but whoever gets Ela as their nanny next will be the luckiest!
