Hi! I’m Ela and I'm a Polish nanny looking for additional hours alongside my other nanny job. I’m very warm, loving and full of energy; I have 15+ years of experience working as a nanny in London and I also have three kids myself (they’re adults now).
I currently work for a wonderful family with 2 kids, a girl (3) and a boy (5) but I would like to fill up my hours during the week as kids spend more time in school from the autumn.
I’m looking for up to 12 hours per week, and I'm open to both permanent, temporary and ad hoc babysitting work.
I'm available during these hours:
- Monday: evening babysitting from 7pm
- Tuesday: evening babysitting from 7pm
- Wednesday: 7am-11.30am + evening babysitting from 7pm
- Thursday: 7am-2pm + evening babysitting from 7pm
- Friday: 7am-11.30am + evening babysitting from 7pm
- Saturday: all day + evening babysitting from 7pm
- Sunday: not available
I'm first aid trained, DBS checked and Covid-19 vaccinated.

Ela has been caring for my baby since November 2021 (when he was 10 months old) and after having a horrible horrible experience with the nanny just before her, I was an anxious wreck and couldn't trust anyone. Ela helped us build trust in her with her humility, love and kindness and she went above and beyond to be respectful of our asks. She is the most patient and engaged nanny (I've literally never seen her sat idle on the couch), always engaging, educating and playing with my (now) 14 month old. She does everything for him from cooking, feeding, putting him for naps, taking him for walks and baby related clean up and laundry. She's very organised and clean. Highly respectful, picks up the parent's cues quickly and incorporates that in her interactions with the baby and I couldn't be happier. And my baby LOVES her. :)
Unfortunately, we're leaving the country and have to let her go (I sincerely wish we could convince her to come with us!) but whoever gets Ela as their nanny next will be the luckiest!
