About Me
Having worked for over seven and a half years as a primary school teacher focusing on the year groups of EYFS and KS1. I have great in-depth experience within the Early years framework and have a hands on approach to learning. I am a very loyal, empathetic, caring and reliable person who has a passion for childcare, education and helping to develop children with key life skills using a nurturing approach. I am a very loving person and give my all to the children and families under my care. I have worked with children of all abilities and backgrounds and encourage them to find their strengths.
My Experience
I first started working with children when working at a Kids club at StockBrook Manor in Billericay, I then progressed here to become a manager during the summer holidays before starting my University Degree in Educational Studies at UEA in Norwich. Here I learnt all about the theory of Education as well as undergoing placements within a local Norwich school. I worked primarily with a Year two class (children are between 7-8 years old). After Graduating I moved back home and started my Teacher training qualification. Whilst taking on the teacher qualification I babysat for many families of who I had met previously while working at the Kids Club of a range of ages, ranging from young babies to teenagers. During my teaching Qualification I worked with primary school aged children and the school in which I trained at I was then employed there as a Full time Primary school teacher, which is where I have since worked for the last six years. I know have moved into the world of HR up in London but looking for evening/weekend babysitting jobs.

Claire was such a lovely sitter, great energy and warm presence. Was my first time choosing a sitter for my son so felt nervous but that instantly went away as soon as she arrived. If you are looking for a trustworthy sitter with good communication up until your sit I do highly recommend Claire she is wonderful
