About Me
I love working with children and am always the family babysitter! I thought this would be a great way to earn extra money for upcoming travelling plans and a job that I can do whilst on the move:) Just to let you know, I work on an Ad hoc, temporary basis and cannot commit to regular positions, due to travel plans. I can do weekend and overnight babysitting. I also do holiday nannying where I am available for school half terms, some weeks in summer holidays and can accompany family's on holidays if they need a travel nanny.
My Experience
I have work experience in a nursery with children aged 0-5 years. I have babysat for family, including new-borns up to the age of 12 years. I have experience with caring for autistic children but am not trained or qualified in that area of child care.
My Qualifications
I have a Distinction* in Child Development GCSE (achieved approx 2 years ago) which included topics such as child safety, learning & play development and nutritional requirements for different ages. I was also taught and assessed on making a bottle of formula and my understanding of child care equipment (e.g. car seats, clothes and cots.)
I am also undergoing paediatric first aid training online which will soon be completed.
My Availability
I am available most afternoons and evenings in the week and all day on weekends.
