I have worked for most of my adult life as a special needs teaching assistant, with children from nursery to secondary school age. I worked for 4 years in a special needs school with profoundly autistic children. I know (memory dependent) Makaton!
My Qualifications
I have a special needs assistant qualification, I also have stage 1 BSL, albeit very rusty!
I have worked with children for approximately 20 years in different environments.
I recently nannied for a young family with to small children, one of which had complex learning difficulties
