Hiya, I'm Chloë. I am a persistent, open-minded and responsible individual with lots of determination and sound judgement who enjoys working with children of all ages and who is capable of enthusing self-reliance in them after working in the children sector for 8 years. I am committed to producing a motivating, inspiring, safe environment suited for each child’s individual needs. I prioritise workloads successfully, using my own initiative and managing each obstacle as it arises.
My Experience
I have worked in Childcare and Education since 2015 when I began my studies on Childcare and Education. I gained a NCFE CACHE Level 3 Certificate and Diploma in Childcare and Education. Whilst doing so, I began my career as an Early Years Practitioner and have since progressed on to being a Senior Early Years Practitioner where I managed a childcare room and delegated my staff to ensure the safety and learning of children within my care. Within this period of time I was able to gain a broader knowledge of learning and development in all individual children and their forever changing needs in relation to the Early Years Statutory Framework. After gaining so much happiness from working within Childcare, I ventured towards creating my own family with my partner and now I am a mummy to a little girl. After deciding to step back from my full time job to watch my little one grow up and be a bigger part of that adventure, I am now available to support others by babysitting/school drop offs-pick ups/childminding.
