Hello, my name is Cate. I am a qualified teacher who has experience as a nanny working with newborns and children up to 11 years old.
Working with children has always been a passion of mine. I adore the joy that comes alongside caring for young children as every day is a new adventure to embrace, be it a walk in the park to find fairies, a quiet time reading together, or building a fortress in the garden! I believe children thrive when they feel loved, happy, and secure and this is my core focus, with lots of fun and laughter thrown in too.
Due to my experience as a teacher, I am confidently able to support the school curriculum and learning through purposeful play. Additionally, I have plenty of experience potty training children in my care, teaching phonics and reading, and have helped children transition into school with ease.
