About Me
My name is Benita and I’m a third year Psychology Student at Newcastle University. Outside of term time I have a number of Childcare Jobs in my hometown, where I assist the run of various holiday clubs, working with children aged 3-16, including those with severe disabilities.
I’m looking to take on some childcare duties in term time during my final year, to support me through university and further my experience.

My Experience
I have experience working in 3 different holiday clubs:
Multi-ACTIVE: responsible for running a safe and enjoyable holiday club for children aged 3-14
NCS: responsible for mentoring 15-16 year olds through the NCS programme for 2 weeks at a time
BDCPS (Bedford and District Cerebral Palsy Society): responsible for running engaging and appropriate activities during a summer programme for children with ranging disabilities. Also responsible for personal care such as changing and feeding
My Qualifications
I have 10 GCSE’s grades 7-9 (A-A**)
3 A-levels grades A*AC
Currently studying BsC Psychology at Newcastle University (Graduate July 2023)
My Availability
I am at university so I am reasonably flexible with evenings and weekends during term time.
Potential increased availability during holiday periods.
