About Me

Hello and welcome to Katie's Caring Company!

I'm Katie and I am an Ofsted registered childminder. I enjoy caring for children of all ages, helping them to learn, grow and develop into individuals.

I provide the best care and education for both full time and part time care to suit your requirements, in a home from home environment. I will provide your child with an environment that will be safe, caring, fun and stimulating.

Throughout the day, your child will take part in activities, which will be delivered through spontaneous and planned activities and play. Activities will be a combination of child-initiated and adult-led.

My Experience

I have two children of my own, and have 11 years of experience with children.

My Qualifications

I have completed my Introduction to Childcare Practice.
I have also completed the following courses:
Paediatric First Aid
Safeguarding
EYFS Training
Observation Assessment & Planning
Food Allergy and Intolerance Training
Food Safety and Hygiene for Early Years Settings Level 2
Introduction to SEND
Language Development and WellComm Training

I always keep up to date with training and courses.

My Availability

My operating hours are Monday – Thursday 7.30am – 17.30pm for school drop off at Norbury Hall Primary School. I live a 10 minute walk from school and close to the A555 and public transport networks.

My Fees

Childminding from £4.00 per hour

Fees for food depends on the age and individual requirements of your child; Meals that can be offered are lunch, tea and snacks.

I charge set rates for full day, half day and extra hours.

I am able to take tax free childcare payments.

I offer government funded 2, 3 and 4 year places, if you are eligible.
