Hi, My name is Gemma Mchugh, aged 30. I live in a detached house on heritage green in Newbottle with my husband Adam and children Lucas (6), Oscar (2), Rosie (10m) and loving Shihpoo dog Bella.

I am an ofsted registered childminder with over 13 years experience working with children of various ages. My setting is a home from home where the children have access to the full downstairs and garden with lots of resources to inspire and support little peoples big imaginations whilst building upon and furthering their knowledge with in the moment planning.

I have food safety and hygiene training which is kept up to date and provide 3 meals a day with 2 snacks following a healthy menu.

I have a full uk driving license and a car insured for business use with appropriate car seats which enables me to take the children to play groups, soft plays and other days out.
I offer school drop offs and pick ups from Our Lady Queen of Peace in Penshaw.

I offer look arounds to all parents and children so you can get a feel for the setting and provide settling in visits to ensure parents and children feel comfortable with myself and my home.
