About Me
I am based in Thurrock, Essex and i am a mum of three children aged 2 years, 5 years and 6 years and live with my husband, who is also a registered childminder. We registered with Ofsted in October 2021 and set up our childminding business to be able to work alongside each other and combine our skills and experiences as childcare professionals for the last 10 years. Our passion is ensuring we teach with lots of fun and energy and are always positive and ready to get messy. We pride ourselves in creating a home away from home and encouraging our children to feel comfortable and secure to enable effective learning through play. We have a purpose built cabin in our 80 foot garden where the children can roam and play and enjoy enjoy all the activities we have out. We have a weekly theme and I enjoy making home made activities for each area of learning. We offer a two to one provision with three staff members here daily who will have two key children each to focus attention and help with progression.
My Experience
I have worked for children in their homes, nurseries and schools for the past 10 years and have worked specifically with children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities. I have a broad knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stages and have lots of experience in creating fun, engaging and stimulating activities for learners of all levels.
