About Me
My name is Louise,I am a registered childminder with the care inspectorate Scotland. I am a mother of three beautiful children. My oldest is Jack who is 14 years old, my oldest daughter daughter Olivia who is 11 years old and my youngest daughter Aveya who is away to be 2. We have a family cat called Stirling.
I help encourage children to develop new skills by providing many different planned activities within our week. Often we will cook, read books, play with arts and crafts, attend playgrounds, gardening, long walks learning on the way and many more activities. No day is ever the same, I adapt what we are learning that week to every child’s interests and developments.
When providing meals for each child, I make sure to give a healthy balanced meal. I encourage trying new foods, lots of fruits and vegetables. I also encourage the children to get involved with making good food choices for their meals. I love to cook and bake with the children.
My home is a home from home environment, where the children can feel safe, warm and comfortable within their environment.
I can offer school help for the following schools; Kaimhill primary school for nursery/school drop pick ups and drop offs.
The remaining space I have at the moment is Monday - Friday full time.
My Experience
I have a range of experience from being a mother to three children. Also I have worked in schools and additional needs schools working closely with the curriculum of excellence early years. I am PVG checked, I also have completed first aid for child and baby course. I am fully registered with the Care inspectorate.
My Qualifications
I have an honours degree in accounting and finance. I have a certificate in introduction to childminding SCMA. I also have an up to date first aid certificate. Child protection certificate and getting it right for every child certificate.
I am PVG checked and DBS checked.
My Availability
I’m available Monday to Friday 7am to 5.30pm, this may vary depending on parents needs and wants. Please contact me if you have any queries. Thank you for reading my information.

My Fees
- Childminding from £5.50 per hour
I am £5 per hour per child
I include snacks during the day. Full day children require a pack lunch to be provided from parents.
