I’m a student studying for a natural sciences degree at Durham University. In my spare time I enjoy singing and I’m a part of St Cuthbert’s Society Chapel Choir. I love the outdoors, anything crafty and baking - these are things I’d be happy to share with any children I care for.
My Experience
I spent my gap year working in a boarding school looking after 7-10 year old girls. My role involved supporting the girls pastorally as well as basic duties like preparing snacks, doing laundry and tidying up. I also have experience nannying privately for 4 boys ages 4-5, in addition to mothers help work.
My Qualifications
I was DBS checked for the school I worked in, this is something I’m happy to apply for again if requested. I studied the International Baccalaureate and achieved 40/45 points.
My Availability
I am available most evenings except for Thursdays and Tuesdays. Since I’m a student, it would be useful to work with a family who can be flexible and I can be flexible in return depending on commitments.

My Fees
- Babysitting from £9.00 per hour
- Nannying from £12.00 per hour (gross)
Fees are dependent on whether the children are asleep or awake, the number of children and whether there are additional responsibilities, ie. Light housework. I’m happy to discuss my rates.
