Hi, I am Carla. I am 32 years and recently moved into my own place in Marlborough. I am a friendly, down to earth person who loves getting to know new people. I currently manage a local nursery and have been there for nearly 15 years. When I am not at work, I love spending time with family and friends. Although I don’t have my own children, I am known as “auntie Carla” to all my friends children.
My Experience
When at school I was always interested in childcare. I completed work experiences at nurseries and enjoyed babysitting for family members. I left school and started a diploma in health and social care which I didn’t complete due to getting a full time job in a nursery. This nursery is where I still work where I have made my way up the ladder completing my NVQ 2 and 3 in childcare and going on to complete a BA Hons Degree in early childhood. I have also nannied for a local family on a Saturday. As well as the manager I am also the safeguarding lead and SENCO for our setting.
