About Me
Hi, I’m Hazel, mum to two boys aged 6 and 8. We live in south Sheffield. We are looking for someone to help as our boys have additional needs.
My Requirements
Our boys both have autism. They are verbal and independent, but struggle with emotional regulation. They struggle to leave the house which makes family life very challenging.
We have funding from the charity SNIPS to employ a Personal Assistant to help. Please note that we need to pay the person we employ through payroll and therefore you will pay tax.
We need somebody to pick the children up from school once or twice a week and care for them in our home for 2-3 hours. We also require about 3 hours help at the weekend- this could be either on Saturday or Sunday.
During school holidays we require about 8 hours help per week.
Despite their challenges the boys are sweet and funny and tend to respond well to someone new.
