About Me

Hi! I am a Mummy of two, I have a 5 year old boy and a one year old little girl. My son attends pre-school and my daughter attends nursery part time.

I love to be outdoors and believe that children should have as much exposure to the natural world as possible. I enjoy making the most out of my national trust and Hobbledown farm memberships.

I follow the Hygee approach which is a Danish concept that “focuses on finding well-being by enjoying the comforts in everyday routines and all that's around you. It's an art of creating feelings of cosiness, happiness, familiarity, simplicity, comfort and anything that brings that warm feeling of contentment you feel inside.” Think fairy lights, cosy blankets and dens, being barefoot on the grass…

I enjoy baking, cooking and a variety of arts and crafts with children. I am also a keen camper, love the outdoors and know how to build the best dens! I am a huge animal lover, quite fond of mini-beasts too - it’s a special talent to have the ability to put a big smile on your face when a child is handing you worms from the garden! :-)

I am looking for a part time nanny role, maybe where the family have a child of a similar age to my daughter and wouldn’t mind her joining us on some of our adventures (if not her nursery days), a ready to go play mate! :-)
