About Me

Hello! My name is Charlotte and I am the Ofsted registered Childminder behind Sharlie-Bub Childcare, living in East Grinstead with my partner and toddler daughter.
I am a bubbly and energetic practitioner who is passionate about all things ‘child development’. I love devising activities created using each child’s individual interests as a seed, and watching their curiosity drive their learning, thus unlocking their potential.

My Experience

I have worked in Early Years for over 10 years including;
- In several pre-schools (affiliated with primary schools)
- Reception classes
- 1:1 support for older children (y4) with behavioural needs
- working with various SEND
- (Most recently) Pre School Room Leader/Deputy Manager of an "Excellent" rated nursery (affiliated with an independent school).

My Qualifications

- Level 3 EYE (Early Years Educator)
- Level 3 Forest School Leader
- Full Paediatric First Aid
- Introduction to Childminding Certificate
- Certificate in Play Therapy
- Beginners Makaton (Sign language)
- A host of CPD including safeguarding (DSL), Food hygiene and Nutrition, Mental health champions, Prevent, Wanderlust (Hygge), ABC does role play...

I offer part-time, full-time and term-time places. My opening hours are;

My Fees

Childminding from £7.00 per hour

I charge £7 p/hour (snacks included, meals at a small additional cost)
