About Me
We are a family of 3 based in St Albans, and we are on the lookout for a caring and flexible live-out nanny to join our family dynamic. We have an adorable 2-year-old daughter who is currently attending full-time day nursery. Both of us work as airline pilots with non-typical working hours due to our rosters.

Job Description:
Role: Nanny duty only
Responsibilities:
Weekdays: School runs during the day
Weekends: Full nanny duty until either parent is off from work
Flexibility: Our working roster is not fixed, so we need someone with great flexibility.
Salary:
Gross £16-20gross per hour, approximately 20hr/week plus OT as required
Requirements:
Preferably owning a car (we'll cover duty mileage)
Working Hours:
Weekdays: Usually 3am to 9am. The morning routine includes brushing, getting changed, and sending our daughter to nursery.
Weekends: Full nanny duty during nursery closure, starting around 3-4 am until 3-4 pm when a parent is back home.
We are happy for the nanny to stay at our guest room the night before a 3am start duty.
Depending on parent working schedule, which is published 3 weeks in advance.
