About Me
My name is Aimee and I’ve worked in childcare since December 2019. Beginning in a childminders assisting with daily routine and jobs such as nappy changes, cooking, cleaning and planning activities that create opportunities for learning and development. Whilst working there I gained my level 2 childcare qualification. Since then I worked with a nannying agency doing some nursery temping work starting September of 2021, hoping to find the perfect nannying job for me through this agency. Then I decided to join to work directly for the nursery in march of 2022 after creating bonds with staff and children whilst temping at the nursery but still hoping to find my perfect nannying job. I am still working at the nursery gaining experience with ages 3 months to 5 years of age.
My Experience
I have had experience with ages 3 months to 10 years. Whilst working at my current nursery I have also had experience and been signed off for tube feeding a child who we care for who cannot have any fluids through their mouth. I have had lots of experience planning fun activities that provide opportunities for learning and development for children. Having a childcare qualification level 2 as well as a current dbs check on the update service.
My Qualifications
Level 2 childcare qualification, safeguard training and a full dbs along with a full clean driving licence.
My Availability
I am available from 7.30am to 5.30pm but i can be flexible to these hours if other hours are desired.
