I am a Norland qualified nanny who is training to be a sleep consult. I have been nannying for 1.5 years, trained at Norland for 3 years. I previously worked in a nursery in the baby room (ages 0-2.5) and occasionally helped out in the older room (2.5-4). I have worked with other families during the day and have lots of babysitting experience.
