My Experience
I am currently a special education needs TA in KS1 and starting my teacher training programme in September 2023. I have over 3 years of experience working with particularly EYFS and KS1 but I also have experience working with KS2 / KS3.

Bronagh babysat our two boys, 2 and 6, and was utterly fabulous. She has a calm, unfazed, professional and wonderfully friendly approach. The children loved her and her communication was great.
Overall-
Setting
Bronagh cared for my children, aged 11 and 5, for 4 weeks this summer and it was brilliant. She collected them from separate schools, brought them home, fed them, organised homework and enjoyed playing with them.
She is smart, organised, caring, funny and, most importantly, she engaged the children straight away. She came to help us as short notice and on the first evening she was with us I came home to happy children, a tidy home and their homework done. I would have been pleased with the first one alone but all three was like a weight lifted from my shoulders. Laughter was the common theme when I returned home or was working from home and it was a joy to have her around.
We'd happily have Bronagh back to work for us and if we didn't more hours from Sep, we definitely would.
