About Me
I am a Global Exchange student from Sydney Australia, and am studying Architecture at the University of Sheffield to finish my final year of my degree. I have always been able to establish an immediate bond with all children and pets that I meet and have up to 5 years of babysitting/nanny experience. I have also worked as a Learn to Swim Teacher for pre-schoolers and thoroughly enjoyed and appreciated the connections I was able to make with the kids that came to my classes. I enjoy teaching and guiding children and I have a lot of experience with looking after and guiding my younger cousins as I am one of the eldest within my generation. I also have experience tutoring young children and supporting with homework. I look forward to meeting a lovely family whom I can establish connections with whilst I am here during my study abroad.
My Experience
I began babysitting for young families at aged 14. Over the past five years, I have regularly babysat over 10 children between the ages of 1 and 12. I am currently doing casual babysitting for a set of young twins. As a babysitter, I am recognised for my friendly, playful, yet disciplined approach to engaging with young children.
