My Experience
*Moving to Newquay in August*
I am looking for a new family to fit in with a teaching assistant job. I have just finished my contract working with a family here as an after school nanny for a girl 11 and a boy 12. I thoroughly enjoyed my time there and had an amazing relationship with the family. I have over 5 years experience working with children in both teaching/nannying and sports coaching.
In my current role I need to be adaptable as I work with both individuals and small groups of children covering a range of ages. I have a calm nature and experience of working effectively with children who require extra support. My job also requires a fair degree of patience, especially with the children who find school life challenging. I enjoy making them feel happy and secure, and it is rewarding to watch them develop their talents to the full.
I am personable and hard-working, and have the skill to adapt well to new situations. I am also articulate and outgoing with a great sense of fun.
