I am a bright and bubbly person and have a great passion for working with children. I have a background of musical theatre and love to bring music and dance into life and I will always put your child’s needs and interests first, following routines and rules that have been set. I am a caring and nurturing individual who will easily adapt to your child’s and families needs.
I have my own car and am willing to travel to look after your child. I am more than happy to babysit during weddings/occasions, in the house and do overnight stays. Due to working in a school and having shifts my availability may be varied from week to week however I am more than happy to have a discussion with you to see if I can accommodate!
My Experience
I have had an experience of working in education for 8 years with the local authority and for the last 6 have been senior practitioner within a nursery. I have supported various community events to supervise and plan activities for children such as summer fetes, musical theatre shows and school trips. I have a great passion of working with children and love to bring joy and happiness into everything I do. I have completed my degree in BA Childhood Practice and am currently undertaking my degree for primary school teaching! I have background of working with children ages 0-18 years, I am fully first aid trained, have a full PVG and SSSC and have great experience of working with children who may require additional support.

Lucy was great with my toddler, messaged her Tuesday and she come to meet him the next morning! Was absolutely fine, felt confident leaving him with her! Very easy to get on with and flexible! Would recommend to anyone!
