Hi, I offer babysitting and nannying in and around Paddock Wood. I am 18 years old and have recently finished studying health and social care, psychology and sociology at Mascalls sixth form. I take a positive approach to behaviour and learning and have a passion for enabling and supporting children's development.
My Experience
I have worked as an Ofsted Registered Childminder's assistant for just over a year and have been a babysitter for 3 years for a variety of families looking after children aged 9 months. I also have a customer service background from working as a receptionist for 2 years. I hold a Sports Leadership level 2 qualification involving planning and running sports activities for primary school aged children. I also have experience with animals within the home.
My Qualifications
I have a Distinction* Level 2 Health and Social care qualification with an early years element and have a Distinction * Level 3 in Health and social care and A* in both Sociology and Psychology. I have safeguarding and first aid training which is updated regularly and continued professional development courses.

We have known Megan since October 2019 and have since used her babysitting service on a number of occasions for our now 5-year old daughter. Megan has also been our childminder's assistant over the last year.
Megan has a wealth of experience and is naturally gifted in terms of caring for and looking after children of different age groups. Megan is calm, friendly, professional, creative and just overall wonderful. Any communication with her has been great and she is very punctual. Megan doesn't need a lot of instructions - she understands the routine right away and you just know instantly that she has a lot of experience and adapts accordingly to the child's routine and needs.
We feel very lucky to know her and be able to use her service. We feel our daughter is safe and well looked after when in Megan's care.
