About Me
I am a master's student at the University of Manchester studying Global Development! I come from a military family, so I have moved around quite a lot in my childhood, but attended boarding school from age 10 and did my undergrad at St Andrews University. I have recently come back from a few months in Spain teaching English as a Second Language to young students - so I am still practicing my Spanish skills!
My Experience
For the last five summers I have worked at a summer school for international students aged 8-16.
I have taught classes of 20+ students aged 5-15.
I was responsible for 76 students this summer at the summer school, ensuring their welfare at all times (including during excursions to Central London).
I received my DBS check June 2023.
I was First Aid trained in April 2023.
I have had safeguarding and child wellbeing training.
I babysat a lot as a teenager, and have two younger siblings who I regularly looked after!
