Hello! My name is Tahliah and I’m currently 20 years old. I’ve lived in London my whole life and have 2 brothers, one older and the other younger.
The age gap between my siblings and I is quite large (10 and 9 years!!) so my older brother has always looked after me and I’ve always looked after my younger brother. I love babysitting my brother. I find it so much fun.
I absolutely love working with children! I worked in a primary school as work experience working with the nursery and reception classes. I loved reading to the children, helping them write, playing games and more. It was a lot of fun!
Parents can trust me to provide reliable and responsible care for their children. I understand the importance of maintaining routines, preparing meals, and ensuring a calm and soothing bedtime routine. With me, your kids will be in amazing hands while you work or take some well-deserved time off.
My Experience
Babysitting - within family :
I’ve been babysitting my brother since he was 4 years old. He is now 11. I’ve had to look after him for whole days during a period where my mum had been admitted into hospital. I would keep him entertained by watching movies and playing games but I would also help him with any homework he had. I would also cook him lunch and dinner and do his bedtime routine. He has special needs so I make sure he has a structured routine so he feels comfortable and at ease.
Teaching Assistant:
I worked for work experience in a primary school, working with nursery and reception children (ages 3-5) I would help them in the classroom with their reading and writing, play games with them, help them with creative tasks like painting and drawing, cut their food during snack and lunchtime etc.

I do not have any formal qualifications but as mentioned above I do have some experience working with young children
