About Me
Hi my name is Melissa, I am 30 years old from Berkshire. I am a mum to 3 lovely energetic boys age 9,7 and 2! Which I adore unconditionally and love spending all my free time with. I am a very trustworthy, reliable, polite, fun, bubbly, approachable outgoing individual who loves the outdoors, who never fears of getting stuck in exploring and getting dirty! (Especially rainy days and puddles) I have a passion for teaching, nurturing children and providing them with the best start in life!
I started my career path within nursery settings in 2016. I remain to Safeguard, Educate, provide care and effectively maintain the well being of children. Ensuring their individual needs are understood and supported, by enabling environments with stimulating activities and experiences in order for the children's development needs to be met. I have many years knowledge of the EYFS and use this to implement activities for individual children, in order for them to achieve their development and ensure the impact is effective and achievable. I am now a Nanny from settings for the purpose of being able to continue working whilst juggling being a mum at the same time! I will of course always carry my expertise with me.
With a passion so strong i still have alot of time and fun to give. Most importantly building children on resilience and helping them toward improving and gaining a bright successful future.

Note- I will have my 2.5 yr old present with me untill he starts school. He is a very chilled, happy and a caring little boy. Who loves to play alongside other children. If any questions please don’t hesitate to discuss these with me.

I needed someone to care for my 8 month old baby whom I had never left with anyone else before. Melissa was super professional, meeting me in advance to understand our needs & routine. As well as following my requests, Melissa had helpful suggestions too.
My baby warmed to Melissa right away due to her confidence and fun, and she kept him stimulated all day, as well as updating me with key information. Overall Melissa seems to be passionate about caring for children and this shines through.
As Melissa said I can confirm her little boy is very happy chilled out little boy who was no trouble whatsoever!

Melissa was a room leader at the nursery my daughter attended from the age of 1, she is now 6!
Melissa is an amazing person who cares so much about all the children that have ever been in her care. My daughter loved spending time with Melissa and she made sure my daughter felt safe at all times.
Melissa supported my daughter within meeting the required Early Years milestones over a 3 year period.
Melissa's communication with parents / carers was always professional and daily feedback on what the children had been up was always given.
If you needed any advice to support your child at home Melissa would always help with recommending ideas to try.
We still see Melissa out and about and she always wants to know how my daughter is doing. Always has a smile on her face!

I had the pleasure of managing Melissa many years ago in a nursery setting.
I can honestly say she is by far the best and most professional lady who is exceptionally gifted when it comes to caring for children.
Not only is she professional but she truly understands the meaning of care and caters to all children's needs to the highest standard. Her standard of care is outstanding and I truly believe she would be the best carer for anyone's children. She will provide love, education and make every child's day fun. Xx

Melissa, is an exceptional childminder/nanny. We first met Melissa at our DS nursery as his key worker. After our DS moved to a nursery closer to home we ask Melissa if she could be our Nanny for our wedding day. He was our first born and leaving him with someone not family was the scariest thought, but Melissa arranged everything so perfectly with a meet and greet for us all, then a play date for a couple of hours before the day.
Our DS was so comfortable with Melissa and her family welcomed him with open arms. Our DS stayed overnight for 2 nights and I didn’t have a single thing to think about or do for him and got to enjoy our day with the piece of mind he was so well taken care of. 2 years on and he still asks for a sleep over at Melissa’s. There is no doubt in my mind to 100% recommend her services.
