My name is Sienna, I’m a passionate Nanny with 2 years experience. There is a such a special element in working with children, aiding them in their growth and development.
Our childhoods mould us in to the people we are, which is one of the key reasons I want to be a positive figure in a child’s upbringing , where I can maintain stability, expression and comfort for the child always.
I have a deep love for cooking, so will be able to provide meals of whatever preference, maintaining a healthy and nutritious diet.
I make it my priority to keep all children safe and comfortable when in my care whilst carefully following the parent’s instructions regarding rules, schedules, and play time!
My Experience
Zippys Day Care Nursery
Provided a safe, neutering and positive environment for up to 15 children aged 0-6 years old, including SEN, whilst focusing on healthy development and learning collaborating with 4 other caregivers.
Maintained a high level of health and hygiene standards, whilst assisting young children in learning crucial life skills such as potty training, regularly sanitising surfaces and nose blowing for poorly children.
Fostered a safe and loving environment for a child with special needs, exercising skills in patience, attention to detail, de-escalation and positive reinforcement .
Effectively interacted with infants and educated toddlers working towards specific age appropriate milestones. Empowering the children through interactive activities to grow their independence.
Child Dance teacher and mentor
Created and implemented dance choreography based on each child’s personal expression and performance.
Attentively, listened to what they wanted to talk about and any concerns they had, whilst consistently affirming to them their strengths and abilities.
Implementing positive affirmations before and after our lessons, to build confidence in the children and ensure self empowerment
