My Experience
I have 35 years of varied childcare experience that include nannying (both live-in and live-out); nursery work - building up to managing a day nursery for the NHS. I ran my own childminding business for 13 years, homeschooled during Covid for three children aged 6, 9 and 11 and I am currently employed as a Teaching Assistant in a reception class. My role for the last three years has been running a household of three children and a dog, cooking, cleaning, shopping and organising. I can drive and have a clean record.
My Qualifications
I have always studied at the same time as working. So when I was a nanny I attended college to gain my Childcare Certificate from the National Association of Maternal and Child Welfare. This was followed a year later by my Nursery Management Skills qualification. I am also a qualified Hypnotherapist. My CPD is very important to me as I believe we are always learning. I have an up to date first aid qualification.
My Availability
I am available for work both in London or abroad immediately.
