My Experience
I have experience helping children in a classroom as a nursery assistant but I have not worked as a babysitter before. However, I am very capable of taking care and looking after young children as a detail-orientated and self-motivated individual with excellent multitasking abilities and a strong work ethic.
The role I had at the nursery was to assist the teachers in taking excellent care of the children. This role had enabled me to carry out many responsibilities, such as helping the children learn essential life skills such as going to the bathroom as well as safeguarding them when they went outside to play. The opportunity to care and look after the children at the nursery enhanced the caring and compassionate aspect of my character.
My volunteer work as an early years nursery teacher assistant has also equipped me with the necessary interpersonal skills to interact with a diverse range of individuals. I have experience working with young children and understand the importance of creating a supportive and nurturing environment, qualities that are essential for promoting a positive atmosphere.
