My Experience
I have had 4 years experience working in a childcare setting, I completed my level 2 diploma qualification whilst at college where I had to complete 8 months placement, I was then offered a job from this which I have stayed at for 2 years, and in these 2 years I have completed my level 3, first aid and multiple safeguarding courses. In this time I have planned activities with the children. understanding, resolving and responding to various needs the children had, considering their age and stage of development. My experience has mostly been in the baby room where I have settled them in, made great bonds with parents to help expand the babies growth and to make both the child and parent feel safe and secure with the child being in my care.

Due to my experience and background my starting rate would be £13 an hour, regarding to my duties and responsibilities required of me. This would be then up for discussion
